Frequency: Can be done every 4 weeks

Aftercare: Do not use any type of exfoliation until 2 weeks after, avoid direct sun exposure or any heat inducing activities such as steam rooms, hot showers & saunas for 3 days, use SPF 30+ everyday for at least 2 weeks, avoid applying makeup for at least 48 hours, avoid using chemicals or strongly fragranced products for 3 days.
